Connersville, Indiana – On Friday, October 2, 2020, 11:00 a.m., the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce will celebrate the Grand Opening of RDI Connect’s new Indiana contact center located in Connersville with a ribbon-cutting at 531 N. Central Avenue, Connersville, Indiana 47331. The Chamber’s ribbon-cutting is part of their two-hour Open House (11 am to 1 pm), which the public is invited to attend to meet their staff, tour the newly renovated facility, and learn about their services. Refreshments and swag-bag giveaways will be part of the day’s celebration.
New Connersville Indiana Contact Center
RDI Corporation operates four lines of business composed of contact center outsourcing, managed IT services, market research and analytics, and digital marketing. The company invested over $500,000 to expand this new Connersville location into an 11,000 square-foot state-of-the-art contact center.

Special thanks to Connersville EDG and the state of Indiana for their hands-on help during our site search.” This RDI Connect expansion to Connersville will create up to 125 new jobs by the end of 2023.

RDI Connect provides contact center support in an outsourced environment, customized to the needs of the client business. According to the new site manager, Jordan Purcell, RDI currently has over 100 clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to innovative start-ups in industries including healthcare, telecommunications, financial services, utilities, publishing, home improvement, insurance, education retail, and e-commerce.
