Each of RDI's locations has dedicated onsite desktop IT support as well as a 24x7 staffed internal service help desk for first line of support. On call resources are senior level engineers with the skill sets to troubleshoot, isolate and fix the problem. RDI utilizes an ITIL based Service Desk with desk side dispatch provided by our onsite Service Desk Engineers. Our Service desk also provides full SLA monitoring and reporting for call center and mean time to respond as well as all other standards based service desk measurements.
